Rather than old-fashioned paper reports or antiquated software, we use Spectora, a next-generation home inspection reporting platform. With Spectora, we can quickly generate comprehensive visual home inspection reports that we deliver the same day as the inspection. Our reports incorporate high quality images, videos, supporting documentation, and a multi-part design and summary that makes it easy for you and your clients to understand the condition of your home.

The Spectora platform also features a Repair Request Builder tool designed specifically for agents. This tool allows you to pull individual noted deficiencies, along with the verbiage and images associated with them, right from the report without sharing the entire document. You can add your own messages, as well as associated costs for repair or replacement, before you create a PDF repair document that you can email or text directly to the listing agent or to contractors for quotes.
