His report back to me and my husband was explained so we could understand it, and the written report was written in professional terminology. I would definitely use due north inspection again. Gary did well to adjust to the Covid situation. I believe the mark of a true quality business is someone who can form and adjust during a crisis. We were in need of an inspection on a house. He called us with an estimate. We were able to have add on services like checking the sewer line and radon levels. He then went in to do the inspection without us present and uploaded that day with the results. We then scheduled a GotoMeeting to go over the results. When we ran into a discrepancy in the vent system he consulted with other to get us the info we needed and then gave us advice on what to do next. It was easy to pay. At no point did he not show us professionalism. We appreciate this company's hard work.

Gary is very thorough with his inspections and I’d highly recommend him! He is quick to respond to questions, personable and explains things in a way that is understandable to someone who may not have the background knowledge of the repairs that are needed.
