Super happy with Gary’s work and customer service! He has thorough attention to detail and the inspection report was available a within a couple of hours. He was even kind enough to go through the report with us over the phone since this is the first time we are buying a used home and had all the questions. Don’t waste your time looking for anyone else to do a home inspection; Gary is the one!

I looked at a few inspection businesses around me and Due North was the only place I looked at that could get me within the deadline for my contract. It was very quick and easy to get everything scheduled online. The inspection itself was very informative and Dustin was great at explaining everything in terms that weren't overcomplicated but were straight to the point. From the other places I looked at, Due North was in the middle, pricing-wise, so a little more expensive, but worth the quality information.
